Pimmit Hills is a neighborhood in West Falls Church / Fairfax County. Pimmit Hills was built in the middle of the 20th Century. The houses are mostly single-family detached dwellings, with an average property size of 1/4 acre. The neighborhood diverges from surrounding areas in that almost all houses are built using a very similar style. When the houses were first built, all trees in the area were removed. However, 50 years later Pimmit Hills is known for mature trees. This neighborhood boasts more than 1600 homes. Pimmit Hills is bordered by the Beltway, Route 7 and Route 123 near McLean, VA and Tyson’s Corner.
