Founder's Walk is located just outside the Beltway near Van Dorn Metro. Although it has an Alexandria postal address it is in Fairfax County. The units at Founder's Walk are relatively large compared to similarly priced units in the Alexandria area. These garden-style condos are recently built and have the types of upgrades that folks have come to expect such as a fireplace in the unit or hardwood floors in the dining area. As you can see these condos have plenty of windows and light. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, despite being very close to the Capital Beltway. There is no charge for parking.

Founder's Hill loops around several condos such as Founder's Walk and the Sycamores at Van Dorn. This community of condos are all fairly new and very nice on the inside.

It's pretty common to find fireplaces and nice balconies in this community.

There are plenty of trees and greenery. The neighborhood itself is fairly quiet.

Founders Walk is located just outside the Beltway off Van Dorn via Oakwood. It's close enough for a long walk to the Van Dorn Metro and has great access for commuters headed to the Beltway or Alexandria. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained surrounded by new and nearly new condos.

These condos are very nicely sized. You won't find yourself making a compromise on size at Founder's Hill. With newer kitchens and appliances these are very nice condominium homes.
