Rose Hill Elementary School
As the name suggests, Brookland Estates is made up of large and colonial style single-family homes set on generous, landscaped lots. Many of the homes were built in the early to mid 1900’s. Average Listing Price in Fairfax Steadily Decreases
Average listing prices in Fairfax have been steadily decreasing since June 2011, at an average of about $549k. While an $11,000 drop seems like a promising trend for new home buyers, a 3 week sampling of homes is too small to really read much into the data. Taken as a part of a greater whole, prices in Northern Virginia have been generally stable, neither falling nor rising over the past year or so.
