Amazing Athletes is offering a basketball program for 5-6 year olds. They will learn basic skills, cooperation, and sportsmanship while having fun.
The program is instructed by Robert Jackson at the 1/2 Gym Back Door Wednesdays 6/9 – 7/28 from 5:15p.m.-6:00p.m. Residents cost is $55 and non-residents cost is $65.

Create a Lavendar Wand
This workshop will show you how to make a wonderful, fragrant, lavendar wand. The lavendar is fresh from the garden. The cost is $5 per person for ages 8-adult. Come on down Saturday, June 19th, 2010 at 10:00a.m. and make your own.

Falls Church responds to end of tax credit.
Condo market in Falls Church VA
The condo market in Falls Church Virginia appears to have responded to the first-time home-buyer’s tax credit with a spike in activity and prices just as the tax credit ended. The market fell drastically after the credit ended, returned to levels seen just before the approach of the deadline. Interestingly, the median price of a condo in Falls Church is trending upward, but is statistically at almost the same point as it was this time last year.
The number of listings in Falls Church (among all real estate offered) has gone up this month.
