Mothers Day Campfire

The Ellanor C. Lawrence Park is a wonderful place to visit for nature lovers. The main focus of the park is on the hiking trials.This park consist of  Walney Visitor Center, Middlegate/Cabell’s Mill Complex, Athletic Fields, Walney Pond and Hiking Trials. The park is located Walney Road, Chantilly.

The hiking trials are well shaded on the west side of Walney road and also completely natural surface. You may travel using bicycles but will permitted only to travel on Walney Road. This place is the most suitable place to visit with your family.

A campfire has been organized at this site. Enjoy an evening with mom from 7 to 8 p.m on May 8th. at Ellanor C. Lawrence Park’s Cabell’s Mill. A naturalist will investigate the hard work that goes into raising young. Then toast marshmallows around the campfire. The fee is $5 per person. To make a reservation, call 703-631-0013.
