Kite Festival

This is the time of year when winds are favorable for kites in Northern Virginia, so it’s a great time for a Kite Festival at Gunston Hall Plantation. The Kite Festival happens from noon to 5 pm on March 20th, 2010.You’re invited to bringing a picnic or “buy one here”.  Bring a kite or buy one here.

Gunston Hall Plantation is located at 10709 Gunston Road, Mason Neck Virginia. The admission is only $10 adults, and $6 for ages 6-18. The young ones from age 2-5 years are only $2 each. Or, a family can pay $25 for the entire family.
