Resident Responsibilities for Snow Removal
Please note that it is a violation of the CSCA Governing Documents if you do not clear the sidewalks, lead walkways and the driveway of your residence. Therefore; the Association reserves the right to pay a contractor to remove that snow and pass the charges for this service back to the individual homeowners.
Landlords/Renters
Please be sure that your renters know that they need to shovel these areas around your home.
Snow Plow/Shoveling Update
The Snow Removal contractor has crews throughout the community continuing to shovel common area sidewalks so that people can walk the community without having to use the main roads. They are also working to cut the corners of the large snow piles to allow access for emergency vehicles.
