Amberleigh is a townhouse community located in Franconia / Springfield between Island Creek and Kingstowne. Amberleigh homes feature a mix of facades and exteriors, but have generally similar interior floorplans. Floorplans are mostly open with a large living / dining area on the main floor opening to a deck at the rear of the house. The original kitchens are a little dated, but many of these homes have updates and renovations. The basement often serves as a family room or fourth bedroom and there is usually a fireplace in the basement. One of the nice things about Amberleigh is that residents can walk to the Franconia Springfield Metro.
