Bolling Brook

condominiums of Bolling Brook

Bolling Brook condominiums is a community of 225 garden apartments, mostly one-bedroom and two-bedroom. Bolling Brook is located in the West End of Alexandria VA a few paces from King Street where King St. crosses I-395. There are several condominium communities in the immediate vicinity (Northampton, Palazzo) and others that are very close by (Pointe, Skyline). Bolling Brook is very close the Alexandria Campus of the Northern Virginia Community College. Residents love the location because it’s inside the Beltway (near the I-395 King Street intersection), with a bus stop just across the street that provides quick access to the Pentagon Metro station, and from there,
all of Metro DC is an easy commute. Bolling Brook is about 7 miles southwest of
the White House.

Although Bolling Brook is close to I-395 and King Street, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at the end of South 28th St. One of the assets of this community is Jim Mulligan Park, a small reserve of nature that abuts the south side of the community.
