At Van Dorn Street Station
The Van Dorn Metro is in the West End of Alexandria inside the Beltway on Eisenhower Avenue. It is easily accessible from many points in West Alexandria and from parts of Springfield and Kingstowne.

The stylings of Templeton are very reminiscent of the Alexandria House—a luxury high-rise nearby in Old Town Alexandria. Both communities feature high-rise buildings with broad and spacious balconies that wrap-around the building. Both communities have floor to ceiling glass, often sliding doors, in each room, with multiple egresses to the balcony.

The entrance to the Templeton is warm and inviting with lots of flowers and well-tended shrubs. The rolling hills of Reynolds offer some sound-dampening properties that make this a pleasant and quiet corner of Alexandria.

The gardens behind the Templeton are a great little hideaway. Formal patios and plants in containers make a pleasant backdrop for a peaceful moment in a busy city. The pool is tucked away from the city. The community grills are ready for your backyard barbecue.
Can I have a washer and dryer in my condo unit?
Rules and regulations vary depending on whether you are in Belle View, Montebello, the Royalton, etc.
These days, if the unit does not already have a washer and dryer, then these appliances are most likely in the building. If you choose to install a washer and dryer then you will be facing additional insurance requirements at the least. Often, condo covenants do not allow owners to install a washer/dryer if the community has one or more laundry rooms. If you’re buying, it’s
important to check your condo documents to make sure that this will be
allowed.
Always keep in mind that living in a condo is a balance. Conveniences such as pools, gyms, in building stores and other amenities will balance with a need to protect your neighbors from, in this case, water damage.
